Stacie & Brian

Stacie and Brian were married at the elegant and tranquil Paraiso Maravilla on an early fall evening. Stacie was absolutely stunning in her gown, and Brian was beaming with handsome pride!

The couple lives out of state, so we relied on the expert coordination of Kelly Balfour with Eventology Weddings to make the day run smoothly. This was a rare instance where I'd never met or spoken to the bride and groom before meeting them at the wedding venue with camera in hand... but it all went beautifully, and we were able to build instant rapport. I really enjoyed meeting the families and friends of the couple as well; everyone so joyous on this occasion.

Cafe Natalie catered the event (yummy as usual!) and the beautiful centerpiece lanterns were provided by Dream Bouquet.

For their guests' favors, the couple had the cutest little personalized tins of... drumroll please... one of my favorite candies....

I'm also quite proud of Karen's beautiful shot (from behind) of the bride walking own the aisle... way to catch that flash, girl! She also took the one from above, looking down on the ceremony.

One last lasty... I love the image of Yojeny tossing the garter. Paraiso Maravilla is wonderful because there are stairs alongside of the dance floor, which makes for some interesting capture opportunities!
